About Rebecca

Rebecca is thrilled to receive five national awards for her book Change Maker, How My Brother’s Death Woke Up My Life. Becky waited twenty years to gain the courage to publish after-death communication experiences with her brother David. She has been delighted with the reception Change Maker has received. Rebecca loves engaging with readers at her events, empowering people with practical techniques to communicate with loved ones who have passed.

Rebecca has been an Occupational Therapist, entrepreneur, and businesswoman for over forty years. She is a hospice volunteer and Reiki Master Teacher. She graduated summa cum laude from the Master of Science Occupational Therapy Advanced Master’s program at Boston University in 1981 and received her Bachelor of Science degree in OT from Utica College of Syracuse University in 1976.

Rebecca is a dynamic and engaging speaker. She teaches self-empowerment in all classes, spirituality concepts, and after-death communication techniques. She is the first Occupational Therapist to teach The Healing Power of Reiki, Level I and Level II certificate courses at the American Occupational Therapy Association Annual Conference. Rebecca’s incorporation of meditative and sound healing experiences into her presentations nurtures relaxation and enlightenment.

Rebecca travels extensively teaching after-death communication techniques nationwide at holistic, metaphysical and new age expo’s, festivals, and centers. She frequently presents at national and state medical conferences, universities, and integrative health sites teaching one day Reiki programs, spirituality, healing and the afterlife, building a private practice, and marketing. Her Meditation Plus experiences for music festivals and holistic conventions include a value-added sound healing component.

Rebecca is honored to be a Fellow of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). Career highlights include being President of the Delaware OT Association, Vice President of all OT state associations and Joint Commission Home Health representative for six national rehabilitation and recreational associations. She was the Practice Representative for the initial Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy role delineation Task Force meeting between the American OT and PT Associations. Rebecca was a founding member of the Private Practice Special Interest Section of AOTA. She has provided rehabilitation services to over 100,000 clients.

Rebecca and her husband Jeff, a retired elementary education teacher live in Downingtown, PA and are on a quest to visit all the United States National Parks. Rebecca loves to camp, scuba dive, read, attend music festivals and engage with nature. She and Jeff delightful daughters-in-law Jenny and Kat, two grandchildren, Jax and Knox, and their magnificent extended families and friends.
